You will need:

Medium sundae glass

Small plate

Dessert spoon

Pistachio ice-cream

Vanilla ice-cream

Strawberry ice-cream

1 table spoon of pistachio nuts

50ml sambuca


How you make it:

1/3 pistachio at the bottom of the glass

Push to bottom of glass

1/3 vanilla in the middle of the glass

1/3 strawberry  at top of the glass

Use a clean knife to remove airpockets and create ducts for sambuca

Pour over sambuca

Top with pistachio nuts

Serve on small plate with dessert spoon and double wafer
