You will need:

Medium sundae glass

Small plate

Dessert spoon

Chocolate ice-cream

Vanilla ice-cream

6 slices of peaches

50ml cognac

 

How you make it:

1/3 chocolate at the bottom of the glass

Push to bottom of glass

3 peach slices

1/3 vanilla in the middle of the glass

3 peach slices 

1/6 vanilla, 1/6 chocolate at top of the glass

Use a clean knife to remove airpockets and create ducts for cognac

Pour over cognac

Serve on small plate with dessert spoon and double wafer
